Neda Pahlavani, D.D.S.

               Dr. Lee obtained her doctorate at New York University College of Dentistry.   She had the wonderful opportunity to serve for the United States Air Force for five years. She completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, D.C. where she learned many advanced dental procedures.

              During her service with the US Air Force, she served at Osan AFB, South Korea and at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. At the Pentagon, Dr. Lee provided quality comprehensive dental care to our nation’s leaders in the Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marines. Dr. Lee is very altruistic and compassionate about her patients. During her time at Osan, Dr. Lee lead a team of dentists and assistants to a dental outreach at Suwon Orphanage where they provided dental exams and taught children about oral health.


             She has volunteered for the Virginia Mission of Mercy where she provides free dentistry to the less fortunate. Patients love her for her soft touch and fun nature that make you forget you were at the dentist! She prides herself in excellent patient care and plans to continue serving the greater Washington D.C. metro area.

Pahlavani Dental 

     Dr. Pahlavani graduated from USC Dental School with honors in 2008. She specializes in cosmetic and family dentistry. She is a native of Washington DC and spent most of her adolescent life is Los Angeles, California where cosmetic dentistry became her passion. 

     As technology has progressed so has Dentistry. Dr. Pahlavani continues her education and spends time on learning new innovations in her field. Her sensitivity and awareness for individuals with anxiety and fear of the dentist has given her much experience in the field of pain free dentistry. She was trained and educated by the world renowned Dr. Stanley Malamed on patient management and local anesthetic technique.

     Dr. Pahlavani performs all phases of dentistry in as few appointments as possible, minimizing treatment time and anesthesia and efficiently eliminating dental infections and toxins. Our natural and holistic dental treatments ensure that your healthy smile doesn’t have to come at the expense of your overall health. For those who fear the dentist we offer Nitrous Oxide, also known as laughing gas. At Pahlavani Dental we use the latest, state-of-the-art dental techniques and procedures including: digital x-rays which reduce radiation by as much as 95%, magnification loupes, fiber optic drills, ceramic fillings and state of the art crowns and a soft tissue laser. You’ll also never have to worry about harmful substances being placed in your mouth. We use BPA-free products in our green, toxin-free office. We offer removal service for mercury-containing amalgam fillings and utilize extra suction protection for your safety. We also work with naturopathic physicians and other like-minded complementary health practitioners. 

    In 2009, Dr. Pahlavani  was granted the opportunity to pursue her dream which was once to be a part of the Peace Corp and decided to start taking missionary trips to 3rd world countries in need of dental health and medical health services. Her first trip was to the Middle East where she serviced homeless individuals in villages. Her second trip was to Honduras in 2011, and her latest in Bolivia in 2014.
